The overall objective is to develop an actionable workflow for locoregional administration of “personalised” drug combination therapy able to overcome intratumor molecular heterogeneity and the obstacle imposed by BBB to intracranial drug accumulation.

A2: Synthesis and physicochemical characterization of particles functionalized with specific ligands.
